Our CNC plasma cutting machine cuts metals in different thicknesses using a plasma torch. In the cutting process, inert gas is blown at high speed out of a nozzle, and an electrical arc is formed through the gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut, turning some of that gas to plasma. The metal is melted by heat produced by high temperature plasma electrical arc and removed by high speed plasma movement. Compared with ordinary CNC cutting equipment, the CNC plasma cutter offers many advantages, such as high cutting speed and small cuts.
